SmartView Tracker allows a maximum of 0 windows

When logging into SmartView Tracker the following error message is exhibited: A new window cannot be opened. SmartView Tracker allows a maximum of 0 windows to be opened concurrently

CAUSE

The value of the 'logviewer_max_open_sessions_per_admin' has inadvertantly been changed to 0. This is outside its allowable value which is between 1-20. The default is "5". This may have been caused as well by database corruption.
