When are Proxy Arps required on Checkpoint devices

1. On Nokia appliances.. Nokia devices do not support Checkpoints ability to publish the ARP's for the OS.

2. Manual NAT's on any device type, when the global settings do NOT support server side NAT.

3. On devices where the NAT'ed external IP is not local to the network.
